Portfolio demo lab running on demo data with simulation controls. Not a deployment for any vehicle manufacturer or fleet operator.
A demo lab for electric-vehicle fleets: fleet command and vehicle health, charging network and route intelligence, ride-demand forecasting, and an ADAS model-improvement loop — “Drive, Observe, Learn, Predict, Optimize, Improve”.
Problem & business context
EV fleet operators need to see vehicle health, charging and demand in one place — and driver-assistance (ADAS) models need a loop that turns real driving data into better models.
My role & contribution
Designed and built the demo lab.
What I built or designed
- Fleet Command Center: vehicle telemetry (state of health, motor efficiency, tires) and a “needs attention” list
- Charging network, route intelligence, 24-hour ride demand and a demand forecast model
- ADAS loop: labeling pipeline, training datasets, model metrics sliced by object class, weather, light and city, and an AI edge-case miner that ranks scenarios by risk
