A 25-stage prototype of an AI-assisted software lifecycle — requirements, architecture, coding, test automation, security reviews, CI/CD and incident root-cause analysis — with people reviewing each step.

Problem & business context

Software teams want AI help across the whole delivery lifecycle, not just code completion — while keeping security reviews, quality gates and human decisions in place.

My role & contribution

Designed and built the prototype.

What I built or designed

  • 25 stages spanning requirements, architecture, coding, test automation, security reviews, CI/CD and incident RCA
  • MCP-style tools and RAG over a project context repository (architecture, coding standards, security policy, API guidelines, incident history)
  • Python/FastAPI backend and React frontend, with pytest and Docker
