The FPT Software work was a consulting design. SPARC is a separate public POC/MVP showcase and is not a live customer SAP integration.
A copilot design spanning three warehouses across countries to anticipate material shortages, coordinate inventory and support production readiness — with SAP integration and human approval.

Problem & business context
A cosmetics manufacturer with three warehouses in different countries needed earlier visibility of material shortages and better inventory coordination, to keep production ready and improve logistics speed and cost.
My role & contribution
At FPT Software, designed the copilot and defined the SAP MM/PP/SD, FastAPI and Flowise integration with human approval. Later developed SPARC, a related portfolio implementation.

- SAP MM / PP / SD integration design with FastAPI and Flowise
- Agent recommendations reviewed and approved by people before any action
- SPARC: a public showcase implementation of the concepts
