Problem & business context
Teams needed a shared place to build, try and demonstrate reusable AI capabilities internally before offering them to customers.
My role & contribution
Built the Customer Zero AI initiative and the platform.

- API and UI layers connecting business entities and relationships, ontology concepts, RAG and vector retrieval, Flowise and models
- Reusable agents that teams can develop and demonstrate
- Python services with LangGraph / LangChain-style orchestration
